
Blaufrankisch (Lemberger) Noble Selection 2005, semi-dry
Red wine of higher garnet colour with black reflexes. In aroma and taste, the tinges of stone-fruits and blackberries appear primarily, further supported by gentle tannins and delicate spices. The wine is harmonic, very well drinkable. It will be a honourable partner for finer meals of dark meats or selections of well matured cheeses.


Cabernet Sauvignon Barrique, Late Harvest 2008
The wine of rich garnet colour with black reflexes. On the nose and palate, first tinges of blackcurrant are supported by elegant spice with gentle tannins coming from the ageing in 3 years old oak´s barrels. Wine is full-bodied and will be wonderful partner for heavy forms of dark rosted meat or venison or some sorts of well matured cheese. We recommend to serve this wine at around 17°C .

Red wine with higher garnet colour with blacs reflexes. In aroma and taste are firstly the tinges of stone fruits and blackberries supported by gentle tannin and delicate spices. The colour of this wine is high garnet red. On the nose and palate, tinges of dried fruit appear first , supported by oak´s barrel vanilla notes. The wine is harmonic and gentle. It will be a proud partner for some forms of roasted meat or noble blue cheese. We recommend to serve this wine at around 15°C. volume 12,8% alc.; residual sugar 1,8 g/l, acidity 5 g/l


Pinot Noir, Late Harvest 2009, dry, OUTSELL
The wine of higher garnet colour with brick red reflexes. In aroma and taste are at first tinges of dried cranberries, cherries and strawberries, supported by gentle tannin. The wine is harmonic, fresh with delicate spice. It will be wonderful partner for roasted red meat or venison. We recommend to serve this wine at around 15°C.

Saint Lauret, Late Harvest 2008, dry
The wine of dark red or purple colour; on the nose with the expressive scent of sour cherries sometimes up to black currant. On the palate it is stronger, with fruity tones, with well ballanced tannins reminding sour cherries and currant or damsoncheese if the wine is bottle aged. It can be served with various plain meals and cheese. The wine goes well with dark meats and rich cheeses. Serve at the temperature 17°C about.

Merlot Barrique, Selection of grapes 2008, dry
The wine from ruby to dark garnet colour with aroma overripe blackcurrant with soft acid and long taste in the mouth. Is convenient for gentle pates, deer ragout, veal meats and with meal with expressive taste of tomatoes.

It is the wine with dark garnet colour and violet reflexions; on the nose with fruit-spice aroma, that reminds red berries,with pleasant tannins on the palate. The wine Zweigltrebe goes well with various meat meals, rich cheeses or pastas.

Neuburger, Kabinett 2010, dry
White excellent wine with light yellow colour and full harmonic aroma. On palate, it evokes nuts, raspberries, cream. It goes well with a meal with cream sauce, chicken and white cheess or vegetables soupes.

Chardonnay, Late Harvest 2010, dry, OUTSELL
A fruity bouquet of this Moravian Chardonnay charms each white wine lover. The colour goes from of green-yellow to goldish. In the nose and palate it evokes peach and mango. This wine is dedicated to white meats, fish or pasta.

Gewürtztraminer, Kabinett 2010, dry
Wine from of green-yellow to green-yellow intensive colour with spice-honey aroma evokes tea-rose, violets, tropical fruits. It goes well with smoked fish, french cakes or with spiced foods. We recommend to serve it at around 11°C. Alc.: 11,4 % ; res. sugar: 0,3 g/l ; acidity: 6,4 g/l


Irsai Oliver, Kabinett 2010, semidry
A light, very aromatic wine of a gold-yellow colour. On the nose, we find an aroma of muscatel, fine tinges of citrus fruit and vanilla. On the palate a taste of muscatel with a rich aftertaste of gooseberry and pears. Almost imperceptibly indicated bitterness. We suggest to serve this wine with fish, poultry, desserts, sweet meal and less expressive goat cheese. alc.: 10,84 % ; residual sugar: 8,3 grms/ltr ; acidity: 6,2 grms/ltr


Traminer, Late Harvest 2010, semidry
On the nose and palate tinges of rhubarb, violets and succade fruits. Wine immensely rich, full-bodied and delicate. It is predestinated as a digestif or a partner for some sorts of cheese with blue rots in combination with nuts and dried apricots.

The wine of gentle strawberry colour with fruity tinges. On the nose and palate we can find strawberries, rasberries and blackberries. We recommend it to some sorts of cheese, gentle form of poultry, vegetables or pastas. 12,33 %vol alc.; residual sugar 0,4 g/l; acidity 9,2 g/l


Grüner Veltliner, Kabinett 2010, dry
White wine with gentle gold-yellow colour. In the nose and palate we can discover tinges of limeblossom and accatia honey, green pepper and almond. In the taste, this wine is really fresh and balanced, with tinges of mango and lime, finished with gentle honey followed by discrete acid.
Excellent type of very well built wine. Gentle partner for grilled aubergine or green pepper with yogurt dip, risotto, as well like chicken or veal steak. Served at around 11°C.


Müller Thurgau - OUTSELL
Excellent white wine with green-yellow reflexes. On the nose, a flower of muscat with fruits tinges is recognized.
On the palate we can find citrus fruits, gooseberries and grapefruit. We recommend this wine to salads, pastas or seafood. Served at around 11°C.


Sauvignon Blanc, Late Harvest 2010, dry OUT SELL
White wine with gently gold-yellow colour. In aroma dominating tinge of blackcurrant accompanied with elegant spice and in the end with savoury acidity.
Extraordinary wine for exceptional occasions. The wine is nice as a digestif. To be served at around 10°C. Made by process of controlled fermentation.


Pinot Gris, Late Harvest 2010, semisweet
Wine of gold colour with extreme level of nature residual sugar. Full wine with expressive fruits character. In the taste are firstly tinges of succade fruits and overripe tropical fruits supported by delicate tinge of roasted bread. Due to sensitive mode of pressing is wine rarely atractive till suggestive. Wine is rounded, gentle. We recommanded this wine like partner for poultry, slads, pastes. Served at around 11°C.


Pálava, Late Harvest 2010, semisweet
The wine is of lighter golden colour. On the nose you can find Traminer tinges with a nuance of elderberry, limeblossom, tinges of honey and the smell of blooming thyme. On the palate you discover the taste of gooseberry and pineapple. The wine is full-bodied, balanced with a pleasant acidity, which compensates the sugar content. The wine goes well with light summer sweet courses of fruit, fruit salads and strawberries. It perfectly makes out heavy aged and aromatic cheese.
