On the palate fruits with the long finish, full-bodied, extractive. It famously supplements venisom meals, goulash, meals from the beef. 12,5%vol alc.; residual sugar 2,1 g/l; acidity 4,9 g/l

Wine of fully garnet colour with black reflexes. In aroma and taste are firstly tinges of blackcurrant supported by elegant spice with gentle tannins. Wine is full and will be wonderful partner for strong forms of dark rosted meats or venison or variets some well ripe cheeses. We recommand to serve at temperature about 17°C.
